Amazing concept , good Service , fair value for money
SCAM! We ordered a metal printing cause the ones displayed on the shop looked gorgeous and the one we got was nothing like it. The image was blurry and colors faded. We thought it might have been just a mistake but the costumer’s service dismissed is in a very rude way, refusing to do absolutely anything for us. Worst experience, worst quality and service overall. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP.
Really, really friendly! People answered our questions very friendly and with pleasure in doing so. They advised us to choose our product! We can only recommend checking in there and look for yourself!! Highly recommend this place!!!

This place is disgusting. The woman who edits the prints is incredibly rude. I wish I could have given 0 stars. She mocked me multiple times. I would not recommend this place. Save your money and time. These people that work here clearly hate tourists.

The customer service is bad. They take your money and then don't reply anymore.
When I bought my poster on site they confirmed face to face I could modify the delivery date online.
As soon as I received the tracking link I tried to modify the delivery date but I could not. So I asked Eyemazy by email to change it.
See attached they confirmed me the change. I warned them several times that the date has not been updated online after their action. No answer from their side after.
At the end the delivery guy came up on the initial date so the wrong one.
I have still not received my poster!
I paid 400 € FYI what's why I am really upset.
We have paid for our photo and delivery but after 3 weeks we don’t have our photo. I have sent many mails but they don‘t reply. This is a big SCAM!!!
Amazing experience! The staff are very professional and polite and work hard to not keep customers waiting too long. We loved the print we received!
